About Aact

Our
Story so far...

Our Story

Since 2017 we have supported a number of charities and causes through our annual grants.  These include a number of charities focussing on widening access to education opportunities across the UK.

We have also supported mental health programmes focussed on the young and supported young refugees arriving in the UK from conflict zones.

In parallel, our fundraising efforts have continued such that we can have more impact in the areas we care about going forward.

Fundraising

We exist as a Foundation to support educational initiatives that advance, and enhance access to, education.

We receive no core grant and therefore are wholly dependent on fundraising to build upon the initial gift of our founding donor.

All monies raised are used to partner educational programs. The entire administrative costs of the

Almond Adams Charitable Trust are paid for by a donor.

If you wish to get involved in our fundraising we would love to hear from you.

Partnerships

We work in partnership with other organisations to help fund or support educational programmes that make a real difference to life opportunities.

Primarily we fund the work of charities that are doing impactful work to reduce the inequalities in access to education, and in so doing, enhance the advancement of society.

Please see our news feed and annual impact report for information on the programmes our Foundation supports.
