The charity works across the UK to connect disadvantaged young people with the world of work, unlocking their potential and levelling the playing field.  ​

Since 2002, it have connected employers with schools & colleges to provide young people aged 14-18 with mentors, internships, masterclasses, and employer-led activities that prepare them for the world of work. ​

In 2018, it's network of 5,500+ volunteers from 400 employers helped to transform the lives of 30,000 young people in 300+ schools & colleges.
